Welcome to Calculus&Mathematica ... a completely new experience in teaching and learning Calculus.
If you want to see and read the sample notebooks we have provided here, you will want to install our font, CalcMath, which is provided in the Install folder. If you want to do any typing in our font, you will need to install the keymapping and Mathematica style sheets as well. There are instructions for these installations in that folder. It's easy, and well worth the effort.
We have provided you with a brief version of the Teacher's Guide and three lessons from the course ... one on high order of contact and splines, the introductory lesson on integration and a lesson on introducing vector fields and components. We expect that you'll want the whole course once you have seen this. Since Addison-Wesley holds the copyright, you'll have to get it from them. Once you own it, though, you can keep up with corrections and improvements by contacting either Bill Davis or Horacio Porta.
